OUR SIMPLE, COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
At Connect Cabinetry, we make the journey from concept to completion seamless and stress-free. Every step is designed to keep you informed, involved, and confident in your choices.
The process is designed to be simple, clear, and collaborative from start to finish:
- 01Clients reach out with their ideas, plans, or project goals. We discuss the space, style preferences, functional needs, and any important details.
- 02We arrange a site visit to take accurate measurements, assess the space, and ensure all details are captured correctly for design and quoting.
- 03Based on the information gathered, we provide a set of conceptual cabinetry plans including elevations and 3D render of how your space could look along with a transparent, detailed quote. Clients are also invited to visit our showroom, where we have ample options, samples, finishes, colours, and hardware choices available. This helps bring the vision to life and ensures every selection is made with confidence.
- 04Once the client is happy with the plan and pricing, all materials, colours, and hardware are finalised - often with the help of our showroom displays. A schedule is agreed upon, and the project is locked in.
- 05We begin building the cabinetry in our workshop. This stage includes precise machining, assembly, and quality checks to ensure everything is finished to a high standard.
- 06Our team - led by experienced tradespeople - installs the cabinetry on-site with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. We keep clients informed throughout the process.
- 07Once installation is complete, we perform a final walk-through to ensure everything meets expectations. We leave the site clean and the client fully satisfied with the result.

Yes. All our cabinetry is custom-made to suit your space, style, and functional needs. Whether it’s a kitchen, wardrobe, laundry, or commercial space, we tailor every project.
Absolutely. Clients have full control over finishes, colours, benchtops, and hardware. We’re also happy to provide recommendations based on durability, style, and budget.
Yes - we can assist with design concepts, layout advice, and material selections to help bring your vision to life. All of these selections can be added into our design software showing cabinetry in 3D form.
Timeframes vary depending on the scale of the project and the materials selected. Generally:
Small projects: 5-7 weeks
Kitchens and larger spaces: 6-10 weeks
As every project is very different we’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
We typically require:
A 50% deposit to confirm the project
A progress payment if needed for larger jobs
A final payment on completion
